Sunday School Ministry

 

Our Sunday School Ministry is designed "for the equipping of the saints" Ephesians 4:12. Our Lord Jesus Christ told us "Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock" Matthew 7:24.

 

Our desire is to teach the Bible so Believers can apply Christ's teaching to their lives.

 

Our goal in Pre-school Sunday School is to help the little ones love Sunday School. Those who lead and teach in this department love the children and teach them about Jesus.

 

Our goal for children from grades one through six is to teach the Bible Stories. Bible Stories are so important because it is easier to see how truth applies to us through someone else's life.

 

Our goal for our youth from grades seven through twelve is to teach them how to interface with the world. We want to help them build into their lives a Christian world-view. We teach them doctrine (what we believe), apologetics (why we believe), and ethics (how to apply our belief's) as well as other classes.

 

And, as stated above, our goal for Adult Sunday School is to equip adults to be what Christ wants us to be. We do this through Bible Studies, Video Series by well-known speakers, father-son and mother-daughter classes, and a host of other creative classes.
